ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES

 

The Articles of Association of Save Nigeria Group (SNG) established the following structures for the smooth running of the organization for the actualization of its vision, aims and objective:

 

• Advisory Council
  The Council is made up of persons of transparent honesty and integrity who have attained distinction in service on matters of human rights and fundamental freedom. The Council advices the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Committee.

 

• The Board of Directors
  The Board of Directors is currently made up of five (5) members who are persons of repute and subscribers to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the organization. The Board of Directors manages the organization and appoints/elects other executive members of Save Nigeria Group (SNG)

 

• The Executive Management Committee
  The members of the Executive Management Committee include the National Coordinator who is the Chief Executive Officer of Save Nigeria Group (SNG) and is in charge of the management of the organization’s Secretariat, the Secretary General, the Publicity Secretary, the Financial Secretary and other Staff of the organization and its Standing Committee members. This organ is responsible for the day-to-day running of the affairs of SNG and the implementation of its programmes and projects. 

 

• Volunteer Corps
  This is a team of good-spirited individuals, humanitarians, philanthropists and organizations that have volunteered to support, in various ways, in the implementation of SNG’s projects/programmes and participate fully in its activities without financial remuneration.
