Exhibitions are very useful marketing and promotion tools. Trade shows or exhibitions may prove to be an excellent way for promoting the business. This way you can showcase the products and services which you offer directly to the desired customer or buyers. One to one interaction gives the best opportunity to show your abilities. These are also a good way to establish network with members of the other industries and grow the customer base. Since the best promotion is achieved through knowledge of competitor's products and brands. It is what enables certain brands to become more visible than others.

COST OF EXIBITION STAND: USD 1,100

 

There are provisions for 30 exhibition stands at the conference. Interested exhibitors should please contact  Dr Nuhu Attah on +2348099441075 or send us an email: info@yncconfernce.org.

 

  • Each exhibitor will receive a 3X3m space in the Exhibition Hall. 

  • Each exhibitor will receive wall panel 2.5m meter tall, table with two chairs, one 240 volt 50Hz 3 pin ( 3 phase) power supply and waste basket. 

  • Each exhibitor will be given free access to the exhibition hall and lunches for up to 3 reps per space. 

  • Each exhibitor will be given two invitations to the VIP Networking Social. 

  • The Exhibition Hall will be open to set up your booth from 8:00 AM and conference days.

  • The conference organizers has no responsibility for shipping, customs, receiving, unloading, or loading exhibitor equipment and materials.

  • Exhibitor Logo must be submitted before July 30, 2015

 

Exhibit management will assign exhibits according to the date the application was received and to applicant's sequence of choices, in the event applicant's choices of exhibit spaces is not available. Exhibits will be limited to those companies or other entities offering materials, products, or services of specific interest to conference participants and visitors. Exhibit management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product for display. Exhibiting manufacturer's representatives and/or distributors must list their participating principals as the exhibitors of record. Representation of more than three principals per single booth is expressly prohibited. 

 

Mechanical or electrical devices, which produce sound and/or objectionable odors, must be operated so as not to prove disturbing to other exhibitors. Exhibit Management reserves the right to determine the acceptable sound level and odors in all such instances. Electrical wiring or power and decorator services are available only through the official electrician and decorator (as designated by exhibit management).
